Requirements to purchase package: Resident of NY, NJ or PA only. You must attend a 90 minute sales presentation, more time may be necessary if you decide to purchase. Persons with spouse or significant other must attend together. You must be at least 25 years of age. Must be credit-worthy with an annual household income of at least $50,000. For tour registration you must bring, two forms of ID (valid driver's license, valid credit card or checkbook). You may not be an employee, contractor, member, or person previously a guest of The Villas on this, or any other promotion within the past 24 months. Subject to reservations and accommodation availability. A confirmed written reservation is required for this offer. Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required. This is a non-refundable advance purchase package. A $7.95 charge applies to each reservation change made after the initial purchase. Any change made within 72 hours prior to check in or no-show to the reservation will incur an additional $50 fee. Package expires six (6) months from date of purchase. Should you fail to meet qualifications and/or fail to attend the 90 minute sales presentation, you will be billed the full value of your vacation package. The value of this offer is $158 - $618 per room for a two night stay, depending on season, accommodation type and bonus offer. There is no obligation to purchase anything.
